Salvaged Olive Wood Charcuterie

I use salvaged, reclaimed, and local orchard stock for all my cutting and charcuterie board projects. Locally we have an abundance of olive, English walnut and eucalyptus wood that I use to create beautiful and functional pieces of art for your kitchen. The wood is what I refer to as “story wood” because it makes for interesting conversation about our local agriculture, history, and abundant nature. Using only local wood stock is a sustainable practice.
